In the 2nd half, the Clippers had 9 points to make, and they blitzed a bewildered Toronto 28-19 and 24-21, finishing scores at 102-98 to the LA Clippers. Wow, there’s a nice ring about 55 Wins this NBA season, and SportsBettingChamp managed to accomplish this stunning result last night with a winning bet on the Chicago-Portland game. Chicago were tipped to win and I immediately placed a bet with a 5.5 point spread. I bought 3 points that took the bet to a spread of 8.5 points. So even though Chicago sadly lost the game by only 3 points, I easily won the bet thanks to SportsBettingChamp.

The game was off to a bad start in the 1st with Chicago trailing by 6 points with a 21-27 finish. They tied at 22-22 in the 2nd despite trailing by 11 points at one stage, bringing the half time score to Chicago 43, Portland 49, making Chicago 6 points behind but still in the bounds of my 8.5 points spread which would still win me the bet. The 4th quarter started with a thunder clap as Chicago took control of the game, spurred on to make up 8 point deficit but fell just short ending the 4th quarter 32 points to 27 going Chicago’s way, but ending the game 3 points down with Chicago 97, Portland 100. 3 points. So close and they fought so hard in the 4th in a desperate bid to beat Portland.
